Portfolio Night Singapore Returns on November 4: Mentorship for Emerging Creatives

Overview: A global rite of passage for aspiring creatives

Portfolio Night, the world’s largest advertising portfolio review program, returns to Singapore on Tuesday, November 4. Hosted by Leo Singapore at its Beach Road headquarters, the event provides a critical platform for the country’s next generation of designers, strategists, copywriters, and art directors to present their work to seasoned mentors. Now in its 22nd year, Portfolio Night links 45 students with a panel of 15 industry veterans for feedback, guidance, and real-world insight that can shape career trajectories.

Why this night matters

Portfolio Night is more than a critique session. It’s a bridge between emerging talent and established leaders across 24 cities worldwide. The Singapore edition concentrates on mentorship, networking, and practical advice, helping young creatives navigate the competitive landscape of advertising, branding, and digital design. With live reviews, attendees gain a rare behind-the-scenes look at what makes a portfolio stand out to top creative directors.

What attendees can expect

During the event, 45 student portfolios will circulate among reviewers for candid, hands-on feedback. The structured scoring will culminate in naming Singapore’s “All-Star”—an opportunity that could open doors to global opportunities. Looking ahead, All-Stars from around the world will collaborate virtually in 2026 on a brief from Google, with the winning team invited to New York for Creative Week 2026. This global context highlights how local talent can shine on an international stage.
